Redesigning YouTube: A UX Case Study

We set out to create YouTube a more personal, aesthetically pleasing, and user-friendly experience.

I use YouTube every day and enjoy it since it allows me to find and learn new things. Recently, I've been considering the potential of adjusting the app's (YouTube's) operation and refining its model. To cut a long tale short, I'm attempting to rebuild YouTube. Because I usually watch YouTube on my phone, my goal is to focus on the YouTube app for phones.

Please keep in mind that I am working on this project totally on my own and that all of the opinions expressed in this case study are my own. I recognize I don't have enough data from YouTube users to develop the app the way they do it right now. As a result, this case study does not strictly adhere to real-world data. I'm also not recommending that YouTube abandon their present design in favor of mine.
